Constant Pressure Consistency is the key to profitability and the Quincy Q$ync variable speed compressor has been engineered to ensure the constant pressure that you need. The processes you've developed and the controls that you have in place are designed to produce a quality product over and over. However, if the average rotary screw compressor operates with pressure swings up to 15 psi, matching capacity to demand can be more challenging. This is where the Quincy Q$ync excels. With pressure variations as little as 2 psi, the Q$sync allows you to accurately match pressure output to meet your process demands- consistently. Energy Efficient Delivering consistent pressure and flow control is critical and the Quincy Q$ync does it more efficiently than any other type of air compressor control system. Normal controls operate your compressor at a fixed speed, so the displacement is always the same. The control over the amount of air being compressed is accomplished by partially restricting the compressor inlet or closing the compressor inlet, but your compressor does more work, using more power than necessary. In contrast, the Quincy Q$ync accurately varies the compressor operating speed to reduce its capacity and its power consumption.
