When your application requires 150 psig clean air, "nearly clean" isn't clean enough. You need absolutely clean air without a hint of oil. To meet that standard you need a compressor that operates without any oil; not a single drop. You need Quincy's QRDT series of two-stage, oilless reciprocating air compressors. Designed to meet NFPA99 requirements for hospital and medical compressed air, all Quincy QRDT models operate without oil, so you are assured of oilless air. What's more, the QRDT's graphite gaskets are totally asbestos free, so the compressor complies with EPA health standards. Using two stages of compression, the Quincy QRDT series can deliver up to 150 psig pressure, with an air-cooled intercooler and aftercooler as standard equipment. Because the QRDT Series is built with Quincy Quality it is capable of maintenance-free operation for up to 10,000 hours @ 100 psig, 8,000 hours @ 125 psig, and 6,000 hours @ 150 psig maximum cut-out pressure. | |
